Contacting Falah Projects

Use info@falahprojects.co.uk for general resident enquiries. Include your name and property reference, but avoid sending unrelated sensitive information. No telephone number or public office address is currently published.

Reporting a repair

Use the repair form for routine or urgent property issues. Describe what happened, when it started, the affected area and whether safe access is available. Photographs may be requested separately.

Immediate danger

Call 999 for fire or immediate danger. If you smell gas, leave the property if safe, avoid flames and electrical switches, and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. The website is not an emergency-response service.

Looking after the home

  • Report defects promptly
  • Ventilate and heat the home reasonably
  • Use fixtures and appliances according to instructions
  • Keep shared areas clear and respectful
  • Do not alter the property without required permission
  • Follow waste, access and reasonable house arrangements

Communal areas

Shared kitchens, bathrooms, halls and outside areas should be used considerately. Cleaning and waste responsibilities should follow the agreement or house information supplied.

Concerns and complaints

Raise a concern by email with the relevant facts and desired resolution. A formal complaints procedure, response times and escalation route require confirmation before public launch.
